Glove weight depends on your body weight and purpose. Generally, 10-12oz are for bag work, while 14-16oz are standard for sparring to ensure safety for you and your partner.
What is your return policy on protective gear?
For hygiene reasons, mouthguards and hand wraps cannot be returned once opened. Boxing gloves and headgear can be returned within 30 days if they are in original, unused condition.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear before your next training session.
How should I clean and maintain my boxing gloves?
Always wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth and use glove deodorizers or 'dogs' to absorb moisture after training. Never machine wash your gloves as it can damage the padding and leather.
